The cake begins with a delicate lemon-infused Genoese sponge, followed by a crunchy layer with white chocolate for a subtle sweetness and texture. On top sits a smooth white chocolate cream, creating a rich and velvety base.
Next comes another layer of soft sponge filled with vibrant passion fruit cream, balanced with a layer of white chocolate cream for a perfect harmony of sweetness and tropical acidity.
The upper section features sponge layered with white chocolate cream and a raspberry jelly insert, adding a fresh fruity contrast. The cake is finished with a final layer of light Genoese sponge.
