Terms & Conditions – Sweet Treats

1. Applicability


These terms apply to all orders placed with Sweet Treats via our website, email, phone, or social media.
By ordering, you confirm agreement with the terms outlined below.

2. Orders & Confirmation


• Minimum 3–7 days' notice is required depending on product and availability.
• Orders are confirmed once we have responded in writing (viamessage, email or invoice).
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Prices & Payment


• All prices are in CHF and include applicable Swiss taxes (if any).
• We accept Twint, bank transfer, or cash.
• Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit (typically 30%) to secure the date.
• Full payment is required before delivery or collection.

4. Cancellations & Refunds


• Cancellations up to 72 hours before delivery may qualify for a partial refund (excluding deposit).
• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
• Food items cannot be returned once delivered unless proven defective.

5. Delivery & Collection


• Delivery is available in [insert region] for an extra fee.
• Sweet Treats is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, incorrect addresses, or absence of recipient.
• Responsibility transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection.

6. Allergens & Dietary Information


• All items are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and other allergens.
• We do our best to accommodate special dietary needs, but cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.
• Full ingredient lists are available on request.

7. Liability


• Each product is handmade and may vary slightly from photos.
• We are not responsible for damage after handover.
• Please notify us of any serious issue within 24 hours for review.

8. Data Protection


• Your data is used solely to process and deliver your order.
• We comply with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (DSG/FADP).
• Your information is never shared with third parties.

9. Jurisdiction


These terms are governed by Swiss law.
